全球發(fā)展倡議在我看來不是指某一個國家、社會或特定群體的發(fā)展，它意味著全人類的共同發(fā)展。只有全球實現(xiàn)共同發(fā)展，人文、人權和民主才能夠蓬勃發(fā)展，成為現(xiàn)實，這是全球發(fā)展倡議的要義。

The Global Development Initiative means to me, whatever I understand, is not only the development of one nation, one community, or one group of people; It should be the development of all people. Globally if we become developed, and then only humanity, human rights, and democracy will be successful. That is the main theme of the GDI.
